Nigerian singer, Davido and Chioma have been rumored to have lost their child Ifeanyi. it’s still a rumor until an official statement from the Adelekes. Hours ago, the rumor of Ifeanyi’s death went viral but Davido is yet to release a statement.

Cause Of Davido’s Son Ifeanyi’s Death Revealed

Whiles Davido and Chioma are yet to release a statement regarding the sad news going viral, some news outlets have claimed that Davido’s son drowned in their home swimming pool under the care of their domestic staff.

According to People’s Gazzette, the three-year-old boy drowned in a private swimming pool at the family’s residence in Lagos, according to a family source who informed Peoples’s Gazette about the development.

“The boy was inside water for too long and they pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital,” the family source said under anonymity to await an official statement. “By the time they rushed him to Lagoon Hospital it was already too late.”

Ifeanyi Adeleke was born on October 20, 2019, to Davido’s girlfriend Chioma Rowland.

Another source close to the family said Davido was traveling in the United States when the incident happened. Chioma was believed to have traveled to Ibadan and left the child with a female domestic assistant.

The development comes two years after another artist Dapo Oyebanjo, D’banj, lost his son, who similarly drown in the family swimming pool.
