Marouane Fellaini Tests Positive For Coronavirus In China
Barely 24 hours after Paulo Dybala announced via Twitter that he has tested positive for the coronavirus, former Manchester United player, Marouane Fellaini has also confirmed that he has tested positive for coronavirus.
In a post on Twitter by the former 32-year-old Manchester United midfielder who now plays for Chinese club Shandong Luneng, he has tested positive for the coronavirus.
Dear friends, I have been tested for coronavirus and my test result is positive. Thanks to the fans, medical staff and the club for their care and attention. I will follow the treatment and hope to return to the game as soon as possible. Please everyone stay safe.
Fellaini is now in isolation at Jinan hospital, which specializes in infectious diseases.
The Belgium midfielder moved to China in 2019 after 11 seasons in England with Everton and Manchester United where he scored 12 goals in 119 appearances for the club.
